    Job Description
    • Leading the development and release of system/electro-mechanical modules or re-design existing products to improve overall long-term system quality, reliability, yield rates, and cost effectiveness.
    • Follow the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process and upgrade existing design/drawings and other related documents.
    • Working with a cross-functional team to ensure the design and development of electromechanical components to meet the needs of the internal and external customers.
    • Using modelling and simulation tools to create and modify architectures, 3D designs, and 2D drawings.
    • Drive continuous improvement projects related to design implementation, manufacturing process, product quality and reliability.
    • Requirements, design, implementation, test and integration of module/sub system in accordance with the higher-level architectural requirements and design specifications.

    • We are looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT department. This role involves managing internal systems, supporting users, maintaining infrastructure, and working on automation and deployment tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and has a passion for solving problems.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide day-to-day support for IT systems, services, and internal users.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot self-hosted open-source applications and internal tools.
    • Manage VMs, firewalls, and DNS on cloud and on-prem platforms (e.g., AWS, Oracle).

    Job Summary

    The QA/RA Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and

    management systems, and product lifecycle management, with a particular focus on handling
    FDA queries and resolutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quality Assurance

    • Handle NCRs, CAPAs, and root cause analysis.

    Regulatory Affairs

    • Assess regulatory impact of product design changes.

    Product Development Support

    • Provide QA/RA input during design and development.
    • Evaluate and classify medical device complaints (FDA/MDR).
    • Review and approve design documentation.
    • Ensure proper risk management practices.
    • Train engineering staff on QMS requirements.

    Documentation & Training

    • Maintain accurate QA/RA records.
    • Conduct staff training on regulatory and quality standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical, or Life Sciences.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in QA/RA (medical devices or pharma).
    • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, QMS.
    • Proven experience handling FDA queries.
    • Good communication (English, written & verbal).
    • Certification (CQE, CQA, RAC) – preferred.
